Precision components

We manufacture a wide range of precision parts and CNC machined components using our primary processes of lathing, milling, polishing, honing and spark machining.

Our product dimensions vary from just a few millimeters to machined products up to 600 millimeters. We can produce one-off items or large series, as needed. Our lathes and mills, some of which have eight controlled axes, make it possible for us to produce series of thousands of items at a competitive price. And in addition to the fabrication of mono-parts, we can also assemble entire machines or machine components.

Materials

We use and process a wide range of materials, including every imaginable type of steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous, superalloys and plastics, into products with tolerances in the micron range. We often provide these precision parts with heat and/or surface treatments as well.
